Fall Recycling Collection Drive
Drop off unwanted clothing, textiles and electronics in collection bins at your nearest City facility!
In celebration of Waste Reduction Week and Circular Economy Month in Canada, the City of Mississauga is hosting another Recycling Collection Drive, in partnership with Toronto & Region Conservation Authority's Partners in Project Green.
All unwanted clothing and household textiles will be donated to Diabetes Canada, including:
- Shoes
- Boots
- Accessories
- Bags
- Blankets
- Sheets
- Towels
- Sleeping bags
- Curtains
- Soft toys (e.g. stuffed animals)
Electronics will be collected and recycled by the Electronics Recycling Association. Accepted items include:
- Desktop computers
- Laptops
- Printers
- Keyboards
- Phone systems
- Computer mice
- Handheld devices
