National Day for Truth and Reconciliation at Bradley Museum

Special programming and tours will be offered at Bradley Museum in observation of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Bradley House

Join us at the Bradley Museum to learn more about Truth and Reconciliation in Mississauga. Guided tours of the historic house and museum grounds will share the history of Indigenous peoples on the treaty lands now known as Mississauga. Visitors will also learn about the 94 Calls to Action and ways the City of Mississauga is moving toward reconciliation.

Tours run every half-hour between 12 pm and 3 pm on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are recommended to guarantee a spot.

Hands-on activities are also available at Bradley Museum for families to honour the children lost to the residential school system and the survivors, and to reflect on their own personal journey to reconciliation. Admission is free.

This program includes difficult subject matter that may be upsetting for some visitors and may not be appropriate for all ages.
