The City of Mississauga provides assessment and tax information to the public through the internet. Properties can be looked up by address or roll number simply by using the View Tax & Assessment feature below. A Personal Identification Number (Tax PIN) is not required. This page allows you to view tax levy and assessment information only (it does not include Capping, Business Improvement Area Charges and/or Locals Improvement Levies).
Assessment is the value assigned by the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC).
Interim taxes equal 50 per cent of your previous year's taxes adjusted for any supplementary taxes or cancellations done for a portion of the year as if the additional taxes or cancellation had applied for the entire year. For accounts that did not exist in the previous year, interim taxes will approximate 50 per cent of a full year's taxes.
Your final tax bill is based on your property's assessment value and will reflect any changes in municipal taxes and the education portion of your taxes. Final residential tax bills are issued in June for payment in July, August and September. Final tax bills for commercial, industrial and multi-residential properties are issued in June, with a single payment due date in August.
