What if My Payment Request Fails?
Answer
If you enter a credit card number that cannot be validated by the payment vendor, your payment request will not be approved. An Online Receipt will not be generated, and you will be alerted of the failure to process the payment. You may return to the order form you filled out to re-enter your credit card information.Your credit card will not be charged until the product is ready to ship. In the event that we encounter credit card problems when trying to charge your account, you will receive an email advising of the problem, shipping will then be held and our Mississauga eStore staff will contact you.
