Park Light Burnt Out

Use this service to report a light in a park, park pathway or sports field that is burnt out.

To submit a request you need to:


1. Provide a valid pole identification number.

You need to provide a valid pole number for this service request. Each light pole is identified using a number that our technicians use to locate the light pole. The identification number can be found on the light pole.

2. Provide your contact information and email.

Your email address will be used to send you a confirmation, and to help you receive status updates on your request.

Please confirm the following:


I am reporting a light in a City park that is not working.

If the light is located on City property other than a park, park pathway or sports field, call 3-1-1.

This light is not a hazard or public safety risk.

If this light is a public safety risk (pole leaning over or fallen, visible wires or sparks), call 3-1-1.

This light is not located on the street.

To request maintenance of street lights call Enersource at 905-273-9050.

Other lights in the park are working.

If the entire park is without lights, call 3-1-1.

The personal information will be used by City of Mississauga Staff for responding to your service request and/or inquiry. We may also follow-up with you or collect feedback once the service request has been closed.
