Dec. 20, 2017 after 5:00 p.m. until Dec. 22, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. – Applicants will be able to work on and complete tasks that may have been assigned to them for requests and projects that are already in progress in the ePlans system. The ePlans system will also be available to City staff and external commenting agencies during this time.
Dec. 22, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. – The ePlans system will be unavailable for all users. Applicants should consider downloading the Project Status Report(s) before the ePlans system is unavailable.
Dec. 23, 2017 to Jan.1, 2017 – The City of Mississauga offices will be closed. Business and technical support will not be available during this time.
Jan. 1, 2018 at 9:00 p.m. – All ePlans services will be fully restored.

Applications for NEW building permits, zoning certificates, and mobile signs will NOT be accepted after 4:00 pm. This change is due the volume of applications submitted and to allow staff time to catch up with the day’s work. Counter hours remain 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
