What are the benefits of being a registered user to use the Plan & Build e-Services Centre for Property Managers / Realtors / General Public
For Property Managers, Realtors and general public who would like to monitor their property(ies), they would have to enter the address or roll number to view the detailed information about the property. If you are a registered user, you will have the option to add the property to the “MY PROPERTIES” feature under Plan & Build E-Services. The next time you want to view the details of that property, you would need to login and navigate to “My Properties” under the Plan & Build e-Services Centre. Once a property is added to your “My Properties”, you will receive notification via email when an application (Building, Development or Committee of Adjustment) is submitted on that property.
