Returns & Refunds
 
Important:  All Mississauga eStore purchases, other than clothing, are NON-RETURNABLE and services NON-REFUNDABLE.
 
You may request an exchange of a clothing product via email at estore.info@mississauga.ca within 7 days of receipt of the item.  A member of the eCity team will contact you to arrange for a replacement.
 
A return request must be submitted within 21 days of delivery of your shipment, via email to estore.info@mississauga.ca.  The product must be mailed, along with a printed copy of the order receipt, to City Hall at the following address:

Please note: The City of Mississauga will not accept collect charges on return deliveries. We cannot accept the return, or exchange, of items that are more than 21 days past delivery. Clothing items may only be returned, for credit, if they are in their original condition.  Shipping charges will not be credited.  In certain circumstance, a usage or restocking fee may apply.
 
You will be notified of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive a return.
