Shipping & Handling

Physical Products:

Orders for physical products (books, transit media, etc.), will be shipped via Canada Post. Shipping/Handling charges are stated on the Product Details page and are subject to change without notice. Orders already placed will not be affected by these changes. The total Shipping/Handling costs for your order are summarized in the Order Confirmation screen prior to entering your credit card information.

Shipping/Handling charges are subject to the 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) when shipped within Ontario or to other HST participant provinces (e.g. British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia). Shipping/Handling charges on shipments outside of Ontario to all other provinces and territories are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) only. The Mississauga eStore will only ship to a Canadian address. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, and to international addresses is not offered. To ship an order outside of Canada, before placing the online order, contact the specific business unit indicated on the Product Detail page for assistance. Although it is not guaranteed, most orders will be shipped within one to three business days, however please allow for adequate delivery time by Canada Post.

Digital Downloadable Products:

To access and print the digital product, click on the link below (login is required). Some digital downloads can take one to two business days to be delivered. To access the Digital Downloads, click on the link below, or on the links provided in the order confirmation and shipping emails. The Digital Downloads can also be accessed by login in to the Mississauga portal, click on My Profile in the login section, and click on View Digital Downloads.

Check Order Status:

To track the order online, go to the Mississauga eStore Order History. Click on the link below to access the Order History screen. If the order number appears under the Open Order section, fulfillment has not yet occurred. The user has the option to cancel a non-digital order. If the order number appears in the Closed Order section, it means that the order has been shipped and the credit card has been charged.
