This means that, in order to participate in the class, you will be required to download and configure the Cisco WebEx Meetings application for use on your home computer (Windows or Mac OS X), tablet (iOS or Android), or smartphone (iOS or Android).

Participants are cautioned that, by their nature, video-chatting solutions utilize the camera and microphone on their devices and that they should act accordingly. Before using WebEx Meetings, or any similar application, please ensure that your camera and microphone are functional and that they are turned OFF.

Activating your microphone or camera is entirely your choice and is not a requirement to participate in the course. However, you may not get a full experience without at least a microphone.

Be aware that it is possible that, although the City will not record the session, there is a risk that other participants (or Cisco, the WebEx Meetings solution provider) might record your voice or camera unbeknownst to you. This vendor is located in the United States and your data may end up in that jurisdiction.
