Pre-Application Meeting Requests
Until December 23, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. – Applicants will be able to continue working on tasks for requests and projects that are already in the ePlans system. Applicants will be able to complete any tasks (Applicant Upload, Fee Payment, and Applicant Resubmit) that may have been assigned to them in the ePlans system. During this time, applicants should consider downloading the Project Status Report(s) for projects where they may not be able to complete their tasks before December 23, 2016. The ePlans system will also be available to city staff and external commenting agencies during this time.
December 23, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. – All ePlans services will be unavailable.
January 3, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. – All ePlans services will be fully restored.

Applications for NEW building permits, zoning certificates, and mobile signs will NOT be accepted after 4:00 pm. This change is due the volume of applications submitted and to allow staff time to catch up with the day’s work. Counter hours remain 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
