Celebration Square boasts a main stage with a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system, two digital program screens, a lawn, an interactive water feature which converts in to an ice rink during the winter months, and an amphitheatre. Chef Bio
Chef Thomas
Born in Toronto, Ontario, Thomas Di Giacinto's interest in the culinary field started when he was young, cooking alongside his grandmother. While attending school, Chef Thomas apprenticed under Rod Sneyd, the City of Mississauga's Executive Chef at BraeBen Golf Course. Having finished culinary school; he opted to train in Italy for 5 months under master Italian Chef Gualtiero Marchesi and Michelin Star, Chef Valerio Centofanti. It was not long before Chef Thomas was working for Canada's top culinary corporations Aramark and SIR Corp.
When Toronto hosted the G8, Chef Thomas was working the kitchen; organizing the line and customizing menus for the police enforcement and Global government officials. With such success, Aramark welcomed Chef Thomas to work the 2012 London Olympics. Read More
