The library is located in the centre of the Churchill Meadows development area in the north west corner of the City. It serves as both a community library with resources and recreation and library programs geared to residents of all ages, and a school library for St. Joan of Arc Secondary School, which opened in January 2007.

TAG (Teen Advisory Group)
For teens 14-18 who want to make new friends and make a difference at their library. Interested in volunteering? Consider joining the Teen Advisory Group (TAG). Print off and fill out the appropriate application form and drop it off at the branch. Space is limited.

Newcomer Women Employment Program

1-3:30 pm (changed from 1-5pm).
This FREE program is open to newcomer women 18Y+ who are either Permanent Residents, Conventional Refugees or Live-in Caregivers. It will provide real-time, hands-on training for job search techniques as well as resources to strengthen participants professional skills and promote empowerment.
