TAG (Teen Advisory Group)
For teens 14-18 who want to make new friends and make a difference at their library. Interested in volunteering? Consider joining the Teen Advisory Group (TAG). Print off and fill out the appropriate application form and drop it off at the branch. Space is limited.

Teen Game Days
Need a break? Get out and join us for a fun afternoon of board games and videogames in the library. 
2nd Saturday each month, 2-4pm

Tech Time
One-on-One assistance with library staff. Learn basic computer skills and how to download and access eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines and more at the library!

Newcomer Programs

Newcomer Women Employment Program

March 6, 7, 8
1-3:30 pm (changed from 1-5pm).
This FREE program is open to newcomer women 18Y+ who are either Permanent Residents, Conventional Refugees or Live-in Caregivers. It will provide real-time, hands-on training for job search techniques as well as resources to strengthen participants professional skills and promote empowerment.

This free service by Peel Multicultural Council’s Oath Commissioner duly authorized by the Ministry of Attorney General can help you with:

  • Taking affidavits
  • Making statutory declarations
  • Administer other legal oaths
