Meditation Workshop
Meditation is a simple, easy way to improve and maintain health and well-being.  Sonia, from Asra Wellness Centre, will discuss the tremendous benefits of meditation; how to still your mind, relax your body and discover for yourself the power to restore your health.  You will be led through a 30 min meditation followed by a time for questions and sharing.

In partnership with the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board for children and their parents/caregivers to focus on reading comprehension strategies. Children are provided with book lists tailored to specific reading levels and are encouraged to continue reading at home practicing the comprehension strategies from the Read Aloud sessions.

Want to know how to research your family history but don’t know where to start?  This basic workshop will show you how to begin your family history research, what records you need to support your family story and where to find them, and ways to organize your research.
