Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles; it’s a total mind-body workout. Each class uses a variety of muscle stretching and strengthening movements combined with breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce muscle tension and stress. Beginners welcome!

Meet with a trained professional from the Centre for Education and Training who will critique your current cover letter and resume, and provide tips for improvement.
