For newcomers to Canada wishing to improve their fluency, build their vocabulary and gain confidence in speaking English.

Newcomer Services
Information counsellors from Newcomer Information Centre, Peel Multicultural Council, and Brampton Multicultural Council, are available at Central Library and Meadowvale Library for consultation and assistance on settlement and immigration questions.
