The Children's Department is located on the lower level of the Central Library. It houses a wonderful collection of books, DVDs, compact discs, story kits, a French collection, and materials in other languages.

Children's Literacy Computer Workstations
These computer stations contain interactive educational games and activities covering a variety of topics, including reading, science, and mathematics.

Internet Workstations
Internet is available for use in the Children's Department by children and their caregivers. Children can explore, do activities and look for homework help on the internet.

Special Collection - Children and Literature
A collection for anyone who is working with or learning about children. Its focus is on reading, children's literature, authors, literary criticism, learning activities, programs, magazines, and more.

Tot Spot
The Children’s Department features a collection of puzzles, games, magnet boards, and other activities for children to play with and explore while in the Library.
