thrive by enjoying recreation programs that enable them to
live healthy and active lives.

Mississauga Recreation & Parks is committed to provide sound access to quality programming and community services and through user fees in balance with funding from taxes so that these programs and services continue today and in the future.

Please check out the rest of the site for more details.

Recreation and Parks is committed to providing and maintaining quality programming and community services.

We recognize that in order to support this that we need to simplify and streamline existing fees and chargers for recreation services and make pricing more easily understood by clients and residents. We also understand that we must have a foundation for an efficient pricing process and a fee structure that will ensure financially sustainable services in the future.

The Pricing Study Team has reviewed the Recreation and Parks' current pricing framework and has proposed a new framework to support these objective that will provide sound access to recreation programs and services through user fees in balance with funding from taxes.

Implementation of a simplified and streamlined pricing policy will ensure that the City of Mississauga is able to appropriately set user fees, in an understandable way, so that programs and services will continue today and in the future.
