COVID-19: latest updates on the City’s response and service impacts

On Thursday, January 20, the provincial government announced outlined steps to gradually ease public health measures as of Monday, January 31. We are currently reviewing our programs and services based on the measures and will provide updated information shortly.


Our camps run throughout the summer months, winter break, and March break. They include HIGH FIVE quality standards, extended hours, recreation support facilitator programs for children, and financial assistance programs.

Adventure and fun

These camps offer daily activities like sports, games, arts and crafts, swimming, outdoor exploration, trips, and themed days.


Camps like Dance, Creative Writing, Visual & Digital Arts, Drama, and Music encourage creativity and imaginative thinking.


Hands-on and interactive camps include science, engineering and robotics, technology, and our natural environment.


Instruction for all skill levels. Sports camps like biking, golf, soccer, basketball, skateboarding, and tennis include skills development, techniques, and sportsmanship.


H2O camps and Extreme Water Sports include water activities designed to improve swimming strokes, water safety knowledge, and physical fitness.
