Important membership information:
- Twelve (12) month memberships that expired during the closure where customers have paid in full will automatically be extended for the duration of the closure.
- Any members with a continuing twelve (12) month membership who wishes to cancel due to COVID-19 concerns, may do so without any administrative fees in person or by phone.
- Where customers have monthly scheduled payments, due to technical limitations in our systems, you will be back-dated and withdrawn effective March 14, 2020 and credited for any charges.
Please allow for additional time upon your first visit back so that we can assist you in person with reinstating or purchasing a new membership.
Online reservations will now be required for the use of all amenities.
