Fitness centres will reopen on September 8, 2020. To use the weight/cardio room or attend classes, you must reserve your spot online before visiting the centre.

Here’s a look at some of the types of regular programs you can find at our locations:


Register or drop in for cardio programs like aerobics, cycling and step class which focus on the heart, lungs and stamina. All classes include options to allow you to workout at your own level of fitness and comfort.

Cardio and muscle

These registered or drop in classes combine the benefits of cardio and muscle conditioning for a total body workout that improves stamina, endurance, muscle strength and toning. Classes include boot camp, fitness circuits, kettlebell and more.


Dance style fitness classes provide a full body workout using music and movement to boost energy and feel more like fun than fitness. Registered or drop in classes include Zumba, Latin Rhythms, Socacize, Ginga and more.

Muscle conditioning

These classes include motivation and guidance while using equipment and body weight to improve muscle strength, body toning and endurance. Register for a class or drop in when you can.

Yoga, mind and body

Yoga, Pilates, meditation and other mind and body classes focus on breathing, posture, strength and overall balance and health.

Personal training

A highly qualified and certified personal trainer works with you to customize a fitness program to meet your goals. Your personal trainer will provide direction, education and motivation to focus on health, strength, weight loss or athletic performance.
