These classes are for all ages and levels of ability. They include practice in technique, stroke development, and endurance. They are available as group lessons, small class sizes, and private lessons.
Programs like Aquafitness, Aqua Cycle, and Water Running help improve stamina, endurance, and muscle strength while reducing stress on joints. All classes include options to work out at your own level.
Warm water activities for those recovering from an injury, living with a chronic condition, or need gentle, effective exercise. Personal training is also available.
Programs like SpringBoard Diving, Lifesaving Sport, and Citi Swim help improve physical fitness, stamina, and strength.
Leadership and first aid
