Indoor pools are now open and modified programming includes recreational swims, water exercise and aquatic therapeutic classes.To attend, you must reserve your swim time online before visiting the pool. This may done up to seven (7) days in advance.

Learn to swim programs start the week of October 26. Registration begins October 10, 2020.

Several measures have been taken to ensure the health and safety of our participants and staff. Please refer to the frequently asked questions page for more information on reserving your swim time, revised guidelines and pool schedules.


Here’s a look at some of the types of regular programs we offer:

Swimming lessons

These classes are for all ages and levels of ability. They include practice in technique, stroke development and endurance. They are available as group lessons, small class sizes and private lessons.

Water exercise

Programs like Aquafitness, Aqua Cycle and Water Running help improve stamina, endurance and muscle strength while reducing stress on joints. All classes include options to work out at your own level.

Therapeutic exercise

Warm water activities for those recovering from an injury, living with a chronic condition or need gentle, effective exercise. Personal training is also available.

Swim training

Programs like Spring Board Diving, Lifesaving Sport and Citi Swim help improve physical fitness, stamina and strength.

Leadership and first aid

These programs include first aid and lifeguard training designed to develop skills in lifesaving techniques, teamwork and leadership. To see how the program is structured view the LifeSaving Leadership program chart.
