Let’s Skate Mississauga school program
Let’s Skate Mississauga is a free program that encourages physical activity by giving students in Grades 3, 4 and 5 the opportunity to learn skating fundamentals in a safe and supportive environment.
This on‑ice program is led by trained City staff. All required equipment is provided, including:
- Ice skates
- CSA-approved helmet with cage
No prior skating experience is required.
Program information
- This program is only for students in Grades 3, 4 and 5 in Mississauga schools
- Each session allows 45 students maximum
- Teachers may book up to 4 one-hour sessions for their school
- Schools are responsible for transportation to and from the arena
- Availability is limited and requests are processed in the order we receive them
- Once we’ve confirmed your booking, we will send more program details
