Swimming

Cawthra Pool has a 25 metre, 6 lane, rectangular shaped pool located in the Cawthra Secondary School adjacent to the Cawthra Community Centre. The pool entrance is located on Atwater behind the school.

Fitness

Cawthra Activity Studio has a wood sprung floor and mirrored walls perfect for the numerous group exercise classes it holds. Classes include Hip Hop Hustle, Zumba, Kickbox Cardio and more. Pay-as-you-go or Register for one of these programs today.

Indoor Walking Track
Cawthra Community Centre offers a state of the art Indoor Walking Track, providing a safe and climate controlled walking environment year round.

Skating

Cawthra Arena is home to numerous community hockey associations and skating clubs. The Arena hosts a wide variety of programs including Learn to Skate, Ice-Hockey, Public Skating, Ball Hockey and more. The arena has 2 ice pads, Seating for up to 150 spectators, a Pro-shop (open 7 days a week, usually closed from May to September), a Snack Bar and a Meeting room accommodating up to 100 people.

Sports/Leagues

Cawthra Community Centre Gymnasium offers a variety of recreation opportunities including basketball, volleyball, badminton, indoor soccer and more. It also has a climate controlled indoor walking track.

Outdoors

Cawthra Park has sports fields with a running track.

Cawthra Community Centre's facilities are made up of a number of buildings located near the main intersection at Cawthra Rd and Q.E.W. Some of the Community Centre's amenities include a climate controlled indoor walking track, a full size gymnasium, an active living studio, two indoor ice surfaces, and a 25 meter lane pool (located in the back of Cawthra Secondary School).
