What We Offer
Meadowvale Community Pool is a 25 metre, 6 lane rectangular pool with a 1 metre diving board. The new warm water therapeutic pool has a comfortable depth of .90 to 1.8 metres with a hydro bench and accessible ramp. The warm water (33°C) is ideal for people in post rehabilitation or who are looking for a gentle but effective exercise program. The male, female and family change room are equipped with day lockers. The fully accessible family change room includes a height adjustable change table.
Meadowvale Fitness Centre amenities include: Cardio equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, rowing machines, steppers, upright and recumbent bikes, arc trainers and a NuStep accessible step machine (recumbent/seated). Conditioning equipment include free weights, plate loaded equipment and Selectorized machines. The updated fitness studio offers group exercise classes including Zumba® and Zumba Gold™ (ideal for those new to fitness and active older adults), Pilates, Gentle Low Impact, Step, Toning, Bootcamp, Yoga, and more.
The newest feature is the 2 lane walking track located directly in the fitness area with a view of Lake Aquitaine. The track is an excellent indoor alternative workout including warm ups or short walks. It is a safe and climate controlled walking environment year round.
3 new International squash courts offer players an opportunity to fit in a game or two throughout the week.
Personal Training sessions available by appointment, call 905-615-4710 and ask for the Fitness Supervisor or come by and pick up a Personal Training Request Form at the Customer Service Desk.
Membership includes a dry sauna, walking track access, public skating and swimming across the City, group exercise classes, weight room access and a free 45-minute Orientation Session with one of our certified exercise counsellors.

Meadowvale Community Centre features a double sized gymnasium that offers a variety of recreational opportunities including basketball, volleyball, badminton, indoor soccer and more. Register for a sports program or join a Mississauga Sport League (MSL) at activemississauga.ca
We offer rental spaces for meetings, social events, parties, sporting events, training sessions and more. The gymnasium, pool and lobby are also available to rent. Please contact the Customer Service Centre at 905-615-4100 to learn more and to book.
The parkland and surrounding area at the Meadowvale Community Centre and Library include a full-sized basketball court, covered pavilion, outdoor game tables (backgammon, snakes & ladders, chess), Lake Aquitaine Spray Pad, seasonal washrooms, pathways and benches. If you want to exercise outdoors, why not take a stroll around the lake and try the different fitness stations along the way.
The Meadowvale Library is a new, bright, open space that is sure to be a favourite area within the community centre. Features include a makerspace with 3D printing, children¿s computers, a youth room, group study space, lounge seating with window and fireplace views, internet/Wi-Fi access and an outdoor reading terrace (accessed through the library and only open during regular Library hours of operation). There are two library returns - one to the right of the building front entrance and inside to the right of the Library entrance door.
