The year is 1955. Desperate to escape the chicory-pulling, stall-cleaning, hay-baling drudgery
of life in RR#2 Caledonia, Peggy Ann Douglas has a plan. Following in the footsteps of starlet
Debbie Reynolds, Peggy Ann will simply become a movie star - and she will start her journey to
the top by winning the local pageant. Miss Caledonia is a delightful exploration of optimism
and reality down on the farm. Melody A. Johnson, Dora and Canadian Comedy Award winner, along
with the delightful accompaniment of Alison Porter on fiddle, will have you in the palm of her
hand on her quest for the tiara in Miss Caledonia.

fifties, where it all began for Elvis. From there, the show will then transport you to a decade
later to relive the moments that are forever engraved in our memories as the kings' best
performances, live on stage in Vegas. Supporting Pete will be Rudy and the Angels Band.

Callin' all ballerinas and jazzers! Join us for a two-week ballet and jazz intensive at
Meadowvale Theatre. Students will attend workshops in other genres of dance such as hip hop,
contemporary, modern and acro with our special guest instructors. Students will perform a
recital at the end of the program. This camp is open to students who are currently studying
dance with the Culture Division Recital Dance Program or at a dance studio. Students will be
evaluated at the end of the program which may promote them to a higher level in the Dance
Recital Program.

musical revue. This high-energy, two-week camp will focus on a variety of musical styles from
early Broadway show songs to present day musical theatre and dance trends. Students will have
the opportunity to attend a camp in a professional theatre space. See you on stage!
