Swimming

River Grove has a 25 meter, 5 lane lap pool with a water spray children’s play pool and a 30 persons whirl pool located on the deck. Favourite features include a two-storey water slide, extra wide stairs, in-water ramp and an enclosed viewing gallery.

Fitness

River Grove Fitness Centre amenities include: Cardio Area including Treadmills, Ellipticals, Stationary bikes, and Stairmasters: Strength and Conditioning area including various machines, free weight and functional training equipment with stretching area: Aerobic Studio offering numerous group exercise classes including high & low impact, fusion, step, toning, bootcamp, Pilates and Yoga classes: 3 squash courts. Personal Training sessions available by appointment, call 905-615-4780.

Sports/Leagues

River Grove Gymnasium offers a variety of recreation opportunities including basketball, volleyball, badminton and more.

Outdoors

River Grove has a number of outdoor amenities that include a tennis court, a playground, sports fields and more.

Rentals

River Grove Community Centre is a convenient place to host your next event, whether it is an intimate gathering or a large social, this space is ideal for meetings, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, showers, religious gatherings and job fairs. This 25 metre pool and warm children's play pool is perfect for birthday parties, school parties, end of season sports parties or even recreational swims. This pool is wheelchair accessible and includes on deck viewing
