The City of Mississauga seeks to commission a professional artist or artist team to create permanent public art for Zonta Meadows, an urban park located in the city’s downtown core. The City seeks innovative artwork that encourages walk-ability, social connection, and community well-being.
The budget for this artwork is $310,000 CAD plus HST. The City aims to unveil the artwork in late fall 2026 or early 2027.
This is a two-stage artist selection process. Up to three artists will be shortlisted from this call to develop a proposal.
