Mississauga Santa Claus Parade 2026
Kickoff the winter season in downtown Mississauga with the return of the Santa Claus parade, the opening of the city’s largest outdoor ice rink, and lighting of the Christmas tree!
Watch the downtown glow with glowing parade floats, family-friendly activities, outdoor holiday cheer and Santa himself.
This year’s theme, Sauga’s Home for the Holidays, invites parade entries to showcase the traditions, cultures, stories, and people that make our city feel like home. From cherished family traditions to festive celebrations from all over the world, the parade is a joyful reminder of how Mississauga comes together to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year.
Road closures will be in effect. Stay tuned for info about the parade route and event details.
Volunteers needed

Volunteers must be at least 14 years old to participate.

Businesses, community groups, and performers are invited to showcase their holiday spirit and creativity by joining the parade. The Parade is looking for floats, float sponsors and walking groups to participate.
