To book a meeting room, please complete the online facility rental request form.
To book performance theatre rentals, please complete the Theatre Rental Inquiry (Form 2912) and submit by email to lac.rentals@mississauga.ca.
Please note: Form 2912 must be completed and submitted by opening the FORM PDF in Adobe (not in a web browser). If the “submit” button does not work, please save a copy of the completed form in .pdf and email it as an attachment to lac.rentals@mississauga.ca.
