Once ice time is booked, you can’t get a refund or change your scheduled time, but you can sell your ice time.
Save on last-minute ice when you book your reservation within 120 hours of the event date. Discounts are based on season and time of day. Availability is limited.

You can buy or sell ice time that is reserved but no longer needed.
The City will post dates and locations for ice time when available. To buy ice time through our buy and sell program, call customer service at 905-615-4100 ext. 2.
You can sell ice time up to two business days before the reserved time. Use our online form to list your ice time for sale.
If the ice time isn’t purchased by another individual or group, the original contract holder is responsible for payment. The City will not sell ice time for less than the original purchase price.
You must have liability insurance to book ice time at an arena owned by the City of Mississauga.
If your group or organization has insurance, have your insurer complete a certificate of insurance before your event date.
If you do not have your own insurance, you must purchase facility user insurance through the City.
