Participants in this course are advised that this course will take place entirely online using a third-party video chatting solution called Zoom. This means that, in order to participate in the class, you will be required to download and configure the Zoom application for use on your home computer (Windows or Mac OS X), tablet (iOS or Android), or smartphone (iOS or Android). This total body workout will challenge your muscle strength and endurance through exercises that use body weight, gravity, and resistance with options for weights or objects found in your home.

Cardio Workout
This 30-minute class will keep your feet moving and heart pumping with a variety of styles including high-low combinations, athletic drills, cardio kickbox moves, and more.

Cardio HIIT
This class is a combination of short, high-intensity bursts of cardio exercise followed by rest and recovery. Each exercise has options to allow everyone to work at the intensity that best fits how they feel.

Chair Exercise (Therapeutic)
This program mainly focuses on the upper body, core, and leg strengthening. You’ll finish up with stretching and flexibility exercises which will help with improving your balance and stability.

In this class, you’ll experience a variety of styles including yoga, fusion, and athletic stretch but all will focus on recovery, flexibility, balance, and breathing.

Participants are cautioned that, by their nature, video-chatting solutions utilize the camera and microphone on their devices and that they should act accordingly. Before using Zoom, or any similar application, please ensure that your camera and microphone are functional and that they are turned OFF.
Activating your microphone or camera is entirely your choice and is not a requirement to participate in the course. However, you may not get a full experience without at least a microphone.
