Venue bookings at the Small Arms Inspection Building operate on a first-come, first-serve basis up to 10 months prior to the event date.
Outside catering is allowed at this venue. The Small Arms Inspection Building can provide events with the following equipment in the servery area:
Fridge and freezer space
Microwave, kettle and 2 coffee makers
$1,700 daily for private rentals
$2,500 daily for commercial rentals
$255 daily subsidized rate for non-profits and activities that support arts, culture and heritage
$300 (per week, 3 week minimum) Gallery Walls
