The Mississauga Library board discuss, set and govern policy intended to improve the City’s libraries.
The board meets in February, April, May, June, September, October and November from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The meetings take place at library locations or virtually. For virtual meetings please contact AnneMarie.Solleza@mississauga.ca for log-in instructions.

The Board is made up of citizens appointed by City Council for a four-year term. For information on future vacancies, please visit the citizen appointments on committees webpage.
Members of the public are free to present to the Board on a subject concerning the library.
If you wish to speak about an upcoming agenda item, please let us know three working days before the next Board meeting. If you have a new item to discuss, requests to speak should be made by 4 p.m. on the Monday of the week before the Board meeting.
You can present for a maximum of five minutes unless the Board agrees to an extension.
