MiWay Customer Service Satisfaction Survey

MiWay has partnered with Customer Service Professionals Network (CSPN) to conduct a Customer Service Satisfaction Survey starting on October 31 for approximately four weeks.

Interviewers from CSPN will be at MiWay terminals, bus stops and riding buses at various times throughout the day to survey customers about their satisfaction and preferences with how MiWay delivers customer service. Results of this survey, along with focus groups and additional research, will help guide MiWay’s direction for how we deliver customer service in the future.

Interviewers from CSPN will be identified with a MiWay lanyard, along with their company identification, and have an official letter from MiWay with them.
