To check your bus time

Call CityLink, our 24 hour automated telephone system at 905-615-4287. Enter the four digit number on the sign at your bus stop to check when the next bus will arrive.

Starting Jan. 31, 2021 to Feb. 27, 2021, the Information Booth will be open daily from 10:30 am to 6 pm and closed on holidays.

Visit the information booth at City Centre Transit Terminal, located at 200 Rathburn Road West. The information booth is open:

  • Weekdays 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Submit feedback online

You can submit feedback about your experience using the MiWay online feedback form. We’ll follow up with you to discuss your feedback if needed.

Lost and found

If you’ve lost something on a bus, the MiWay lost and found is located at the Information Booth at the City Centre Transit Terminal. We keep items in the lost and found for a maximum of seven days.

You can call 905-615-4636 to confirm if we have your item.

You must come in person to pick up your items, bring photo ID and be able to clearly describe the item.
