If you have feedback about MiWay or you just want to ask us a question, we’re always happy to help you.

By phone

To check your bus time

Call Citylink, our 24 hour automated telephone system at 905-615-4287.

Starting March 16, 2021, enter the four digit stop number on the sign at your bus stop to find out when the next bus is coming in real-time. If a real-time departure is not available, a scheduled time will be provided.

In person

Visit the information booth at City Centre Transit Terminal, located at 200 Rathburn Road West. The information booth is open:

  • Weekdays – 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Weekends – 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Closed on holidays

Submit feedback online

You can submit feedback about your experience using the MiWay online feedback form. We’ll follow up with you to discuss your feedback if needed.

Lost and found

If you’ve lost something on a bus, the MiWay lost and found is located at the Information Booth at the City Centre Transit Terminal. We keep items in the lost and found for a maximum of seven days.

You can call 905-615-4636 to confirm if we have your item.

You must come in person to pick up your items, bring photo ID and be able to clearly describe the item.

Bus stop snow clearing

The City’s 311 Contact Centre looks after snow clearing concerns.  Please contact 311 and provide a 4-digit bus stop number.
