Share your feedback on Peel Region’s Specialized Transit Master Plan for TransHelp

Peel Region is developing a Specialized Transit Master Plan (STMP) to guide TransHelp’s future. TransHelp is the Region’s specialized door-to-door transit service for residents in Brampton, Caledon and Mississauga. 

The Region wants to hear from current and future TransHelp passengers, family members, care partners, support persons and community organizations.   

As a resident of Mississauga, you can share your thoughts through the Region’s public engagement events (virtual or in person). No registration is required. 

• Join the virtual information and feedback session: Learn about the project and share your experiences, ideas, and priorities for TransHelp’s future: July 23, 2026 from 5 to 6 p.m. via Microsoft Teams. 

• Attend a community pop-up event: July 30, 2026 from 6-8 p.m. at 7120 Hurontario Road, Mississauga, ON 

Can’t attend an engagement event? Share your feedback through the Region’s online survey, available until August 9, 2026.
