PRESTO
- The $4 card cost is non-refundable.
- MiWay monthly passes are non-refundable.
- Refunds for PRESTO cards with a balance under $50 can be issued at the City Centre Transit Terminal. You can get a refund of the balance by returning your card and a completed Refund Form B that you can download from the PRESTO Refunds webpage. All refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee.
- For a refund of $50 or more, you’ll need to send your PRESTO card and completed Refund Form A to PRESTO. Download the form and find more information on the PRESTO Refunds page.
Cash
Cash fares are non-refundable. MiWay cannot provide change for cash fares.
Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable. Paper tickets will not be accepted after December 31, 2020. Special purpose tickets continue to be accepted.
