MiWay continues to actively monitor all routes in the system so that service levels are responsive to customers’ needs and ridership demand. As travel patterns continue to evolve in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, demand has grown on some routes and declined on others. MiWay is adjusting service accordingly on various routes to ensure that service is available where and when customers need it.
