Customer Satisfaction Survey

MiWay invites you to provide your feedback on our services during our semi-annual customer satisfaction survey.

MiWay strives to make your experience better and your feedback is extremely valuable. The survey will ask you questions about your satisfaction and experiences with riding MiWay. The survey is available for all customers to complete online or in-person from Oct. 16 to Nov. 3, 2023.

MiWay’s last customer satisfaction survey was completed in spring 2023.

MiWay has partnered with Experience Advisors (XA) to administer the survey. XA survey agents will be facilitating the in-person survey and collecting data on behalf of MiWay.
