MiWay’s lost and found has bikes that we want to return to their owners.

The process of reclaiming it is straightforward and easy. Just reach out to our MiWay Customer Service team at 905-615-4636 or visit our Information Booth at the City Centre Transit Terminal (200 Rathburn Road West) and the team will be happy to assist you. They will ask you provide a description of your bike, as well as the details of when and where it was lost.
To claim your bike, you must visit the Information Booth at the City Centre Transit Terminal in person and speak with a Customer Service Representative. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID to confirm your identity and provide a clear description of your bike beforehand.
Typically, lost and found items are held for a maximum of seven days. If your bike remains unclaimed after that period, it may be donated.
If you’re traveling with a bike on MiWay, you are responsible for loading and unloading it on the bus bike rack. Be sure to use the front door when exiting the bus and inform the Transit Operator that you will be picking up your bike.
