MiWay Customer Satisfaction Survey

MiWay has partnered with Forum Research to conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey starting on June 8, 2022.

Interviewers from Forum Research will be at MiWay terminals, bus stops and riding buses at various times throughout the day to survey customers on all routes about their satisfaction with our services. Many of the survey questions focus on our four Customer Charter Commitments: Safety, Reliability, Customer Service and Keeping You Informed.

Interviewers will be identified with a MiWay lanyard, along with their company identification, and have an official letter from MiWay with them.
