You can still tap or use contactless payment to pay your fare and load your card at vending machines or customer service outlets.

MiWay Customer Satisfaction Survey

We want to hear from you – your feedback matters to us!

MiWay has partnered with Experience Advisors (XA) to conduct the semi-annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, available both online and in person.

This survey gathers rider input on MiWay’s service to help us improve and better meet your needs. You’ll be asked about your satisfaction and experiences using MiWay.

The survey is open from April 14 to April 30, 2025.
