We’re inviting riders and residents to share feedback on MiWay services — what’s working well, where we can improve, and what matters most moving forward. Your input helps MiWay improve the service you rely on every day and informs future planning across the network.
MiWay has partnered with Experience Advisors (XA) to conduct the survey, which is available online and in person at major MiWay terminals across Mississauga during the survey period. Your responses are confidential and only take a few minutes to complete.
The survey is open from April 7 to 24, 2026. Whether your experience was great or could be better, we want to hear from you.
