MiWay Hybrid-Electric Bus Rider Experience Survey
MiWay has been modernizing its bus fleet by adding hybrid‑electric buses, which now make up about 58 per cent of the fleet. These buses are part of the City’s efforts to provide a cleaner, quieter, and more comfortable transit experience while reducing emissions.
We are seeking feedback from riders about their experience on these buses. Feedback will help us understand what is working well and where we can improve. It will also guide future bus purchases and improve the overall customer experience.
The survey is open until August 31.
