Provide your feedback on MiWay service

Do you use the Transit app to find MiWay information? Starting Nov. 1, you can participate in Transit’s quarterly, Rider Happiness Benchmarking Survey to share your feedback on MiWay service.

The Transit app is a popular third party app that uses MiWay data to display schedules and how full a bus is in real-time. The app functions in over 175 metropolitan areas around the world.

The goal of Transit’s Rider Happiness Benchmarking survey is to gather feedback over time from customers who use transit in various cities across Canada and the U.S.

The survey results will be used to help improve MiWay services.

To complete the survey, download the Transit app on iOS or Android. The survey will be available from Nov. 1 to 11, 2022.
