The northern half of the lands currently permit a 50-storey apartment building. The property owner is proposing to rezone the southern half of the lands to permit a 12-storey podium apartment building attached to the permitted 50-storey
apartment building. In addition to the 522 dwelling units permitted, 92 additional dwelling units and ground floor commercial uses are proposed.
