Fireworks Vendors Require Special Business License
Mississauga Business Licensing bylaw 01-06 contains special requirements that need to be met by all prospective vendors of fireworks. This business license requires that a fire inspection be conducted of the premises where the fireworks are to be sold, and that an approval letter from Mississauga Fire & Emergency Services accompany the special business license application.

The City of Mississauga, Fireworks Bylaw, permits residents to set off 7.2.1. Family Class Fireworks, for a private display on their own property without the need for a permit, only, on Victoria Day and Canada Day (or a rain date the day after).
