INTERIM TAX BILLS:
Interim taxes equal 50 per cent of your previous year's taxes adjusted for any supplementary taxes or cancellations done for a portion of the year as if the additional taxes or cancellation had applied for the entire year. For accounts that did not exist in the previous year, interim taxes will approximate 50 per cent of a full year's taxes.

- First instalment - March 2nd, 2017
- Second instalment - April 6th, 2017
- Third instalment - May 4th, 2017
Property assessments are updated by MPAC every four years. Assessment increases are phased-in over the four year period. Decreases in assessment are implemented immediately. The current four year period covers 2017-2020 with an assessment valuation date of January 1, 2016.
FINAL TAX BILLS:
Your final tax bill will be based on your 2017 phased-in assessment value and will reflect any changes in municipal taxes and the education portion of your taxes.
- Final instalment due dates to be approved by Council.
