Mississauga Urban Design Advisory Panel

If a MUDAP review is required as part of your development application, make sure you follow these steps.

1. Address any issues with your application identified during your Development Application Review Committee meeting. City staff must confirm that your project is ready to be presented to MUDAP before scheduling your panel review. Panel spaces are booked on a first come first serve basis and spaces cannot be held in advance.
2. Read the MUDAP Terms of Reference. Complete the Project Information Form and email it to the Panel Coordinators at paul.szywacz@mississauga.ca or rachel.kim@mississauga.ca.
3. The Panel Coordinator will confirm your meeting date and send you the following forms. Each form will have a submission deadline:
   • Information Package Submission Requirements
   • Presentation Submission Requirements
   • Waiver form
4. Complete the forms and send them back to the Panel Coordinator before 4:30 p.m. on the submission deadline. We’ll review your submission and notify you if you need to make any changes. Once your submission is complete, we’ll email you an agenda with the time and location of your presentation.

MUDAP is comprised of independent design professionals including architects, landscape architects, and transportation specialists. These individuals volunteer to meet and review development proposals submitted to the Planning and Building Department.
