Beginning August 25, the City is accepting online applications for three community grant programs: Arts & Culture, Cultural Festivals & Celebrations and Recreation & Sport. Community-based arts, culture and recreation organizations looking for financial support are encouraged to apply. All applications will be reviewed based on the specific community grant program guidelines and criteria.
This grant program supports new, emerging and established non-profit arts, culture and heritage organizations to develop programs and services. The grant advances knowledge, understanding and the appreciation of arts, culture and heritage in Mississauga.

This grant program assists Mississauga-based, not for-profit community groups governed by a volunteer Board of Directors to deliver municipally-related programs, services or projects specifically to the residents of Mississauga. Operating grants are available to assist with the cost of delivering recreational program or services for 2015. Project grants are available to support new or pilot recreational initiatives such as a special project, a specific event or activity taking place within a defined period.
